Nach einer beeindruckenden 13-jährigen Geschichte von erfolgreichen und hochgeschätzten Veranstaltungen laden Shahrokh und die Art Karlsruhe dieses Mal herzlich in die Räumlichkeiten des P8 zu dem wohl bedeutendsten Event des Jahres ein. Die “After Art Party” fungiert nicht nur als Treffpunkt für Kunstsammler und Aussteller, sondern auch als Anziehungspunkt für Künstler, Kulturschaffende, Kunstfreunde, Bohemians und internationale Prominenz 1.

Die P8 ist das selbstverwaltete soziokulturelle Zentrum des Panorama e.V, und befindet sich im Kulturzentrum "die Kulturdose". Hier passiert vielfältige Kultur zum anfassen, mitmachen und selbst gestalten. In erster Linie finden hier Livekonzerte statt, jedoch bieten die Räume auch die Möglichkeit für alle anderen Spielarten der Soziokultur.

Das visuelle Konzept der Raumgestaltung für diese Veranstaltung wird in diesem Jahr wieder vor allem durch Dominik Rinnhofer & friends kreiert, einem kreativen Netzwerker mit Wurzeln in der HfG Karlsruhe und dem Medienkunst-Department des ZKM 1.

DJ LineUp:
Der speziell für diesen Abend konzipierte Spannungsbogen zieht sich durch die jeweiligen Sets der verschiedenen DJs und sorgt somit für eine interessante Abwechslung, die gleichzeitig die Vielseitigkeit elektronischer Musik aufzeigt.

ACID PAULI (OUÏE)
Over the last 20 years Martin Gretschmann has been exploring new fields of music off the mainstream paths: psychedelic, adventurous and full of musicality.
In the mid 1990s Martin Gretschmann entered the light of attention with his pseudonym Console, an act he is known for until today. Shortly thereafter, Martin Gretschmann became a part of The Notwist and added a certain electronic twist to the band. With his solo project Acid Pauli he created several records, remixes and podcasts in the last couple of years. In collaboration with Andreas Ammer he created various radio plays. Since 2011 Acid Pauli lives in Berlin, where he became a part of the collective The Feathered Sun.

In numerous collaborations with artists such as Björk or the Philharmonic Orchestra of Würzburg Gretschmann always explores new ways to express himself.

Furthermore he took part in the unique project - The Golden Machine - a specifically developed electronic device which over the course of a whole year continuously produced music for a radio

play, based on - Infinite Jest- by David Foster Wallace.

After his debut album „Mst“ released on Clown & Sunset in 2012 his second album “BLD” was released on his in-house record label Ouïe in early 2017. Martin founded this record label together with Nico Stojan and handled the first release themselves.

In 2016 he released his most popular track 'Nana' on the first label compilation of Pampa Records. At the same time he met Ilker Çatak who asked him to write the music for a feature film - "Es war einmal Indianerland", a Coming of Age story based on the novel by Nils Mohl.

The movie premiered autumn 2017 and Acid Pauli released the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack of it.

Anna Schreit:
Born in Berlin and growing up in a musical family, Anna was exposed to various music genres from a very early age. Her influences stem from various styles including her fathers art rock band. Ironically it was not in the techno capital but on a trip to Munich, when some friends introduced her to exotic new electronic sounds which revealed how diverse house can be, thus informing and characterizing her style of diving and resurfacing through many different sub genres. After falling for this direction in music, she started DJing to share the tracks she has collected and built up throughout the years to create experiences/journeys within her sets.

Shahrokh Dini:
Shahrokh Dini formerly known as Shahrokh Sound of K, has made himself known as a DJ since the 90s. His DJ sets move with the class of an experienced performer seamlessly Deephouse but a travel to Detroit and via Disco back to modern-day vibes, as a whole always reminiscent of soulful and deep roots but with refreshingly contemporary facets. He likened to-a chameleon by fellow musical peer!
Shahrokh Dini’s productions, dj live sets, are made of the right stern to snowball dance floors worldwide and fill them with epic moments! Purveyor to the house royals and regalness, Shahrokh Dini has got an atttracted widespread support througout his long long career as a DJ and true house producer. He frequently plays every summer on Ibiza, and has Berlin residencies. He had releases on various labels like Sasse’s Moodmusic, Miss Moneypenny Records, and with a boast of enviable releases on Compost Black Label he was supported by Âme, Ron Trent, Jimpster, Laurent Garnier, Boo Williams, Glenn Underground, Solomun, Frankey & Sandrino, Agoria, Maceo Plex, Steve Bug and many many others.
